Unit 7.5 database
How I created a database
1. I Create a new blank data base on Microsoft access
2.Then I choose design, and then design view.
3.After I give the database a title.
4.Then I begin typing in the field names
5.Then you use choose the correct data type.
6.Then for date of birth the data type should be date and time.
7.Make sure the general tab format is set at short date.
8.Click view and choose as datasheet view.
9.Begin typing in your customer names.
And that's your data base

Activity 1: Detective Turner needs you to write a
list of questions that his officers can use when they interview witnesses. Write
your questions in the Questions sections in the table below. Do not fill in
the answers yet! The first one has been done for you.
Remember – the information will then be entered into a
database so the questions cannot have answers that are too long!

We have
been learning about spread sheets and different formulas. There are different
types of formulas for example here’s what one look’s like =E4*F4 to complete
the cell’s.

I used
Excel because it was the most suitable programme for what we were doing.

I Used this programme for making spread sheets.

just click and the cell appear in the cell you want.

Remembering the different formulas.

SPEED- If she had speed she could have a better buissness and have more time to do more activities.
EASE OF USE- because if she's on a harder program she might struggle and make mistakes and destroy her buissness and not have her shop any more.
ACCURACY- Is to make sure she makes it right on target.
